Welcome aboard for an exciting offshore adventure! Join the Abruzzo Skipper crew to compete in the prestigious Route 048th Pescara-Primosten (Croatia) regatta.
A race that will include an outward route of

, distance between Pescara Marina and Primosten, Croatia, with organization taken care of by Circolo Velico La Scuffia of Pescara.

What to Expect on Board
Aboard the Bavaria 51 Lady Rose you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the magical world of sailing with lessons on board taught by our FIV skipper instructors. Explore the basics of sailing and enjoy a unique experience.


Itinerary:
- Friday, May 24:8:30 a.m. Meet at the Pescara Marina for luggage setup and pre-start and regatta briefing where there will be an overview of activities for each crew member. Start time of the regatta will be determined by the committee depending on the marine weather conditions, approximately by 12:00 noon.
- Saturday, May 25: A late morning arrival is expected in the charming Croatian town of Primosten. Mooring will be at the quay or at anchor in the local Primosten bay or marina where you will spend the night.
- Sunday, May 26: At about 09.30/10.00 am we will cast off the moorings and head to the small town, formerly a UNESCO heritage site of Togir where we will spend the night at the marina (about 20 miles); if time permits we can stop and have a swim for lunch at the Blue Lagoon bay located on the island of Drvenik.
Monday, May 27
: In the morning we will leave the port of Trogir and set sail to the port or roadstead of Starigrad of the island of Hvar (about 27 miles) you will drop anchor in one of several bays between the islands where you can take a swim while waiting for lunch.- Tuesday, May 28: Following a good breakfast you will set sail for the island of Vis known in Italy as Lissa where the First War of Independence took place (about 20 miles). Before reaching the island you will drop anchor in a bay where you will have a good meal with possible bathing.
Wednesday, May 29
: In the morning we will leave the port of Vis with the bow turning west for a visit to the “blue cave” on Bisevo Island from where we will depart to return to Pescara Marina.
Thursday, May 30
: Arrive in the morning at Pescara Marina.
